What is the subscription payment schedule?
Your card will be charged every two months, starting on the day you place your first order. To make sure your copy is included in the upcoming print run, I may adjust your next payment date to the 1st of the month if your original billing date falls too close to a ship date. For example: If you subscribe on March 14th, your next charge will happen on May 1st (instead of May 14th) to ensure your order is included in my order count when I place the newspaper print order. This small shift helps guarantee that everyone receives their edition on time. If you ever have questions about your billing schedule, feel free to reach out: foundandflowered@gmail.com
Can I change my payment date?
Yes! Just email foundandflowered@gmail.com and your subscription billing date can be adjusted manually on the back end.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Send an email to foundandflowered@gmail.com and I'll go ahead and close your subscription! No hard feelings - thank you for giving it a try!
What comes in each subscription delivery?
Each issue includes:

A papercraft activity

5 curates book pages, mostly vintage
The papercraft activity and book pages are exclusive to subscribers and not included in regular, one-time orders.
How much does the subscription cost?
The Found and Flowered subscription is $21.95 every two months, which includes shipping within the U.S.
This covers:

Credit card and processing fees

Time, design, and small-business costs
When you subscribe, you're supporting a small creative business - and becoming a patron of the arts in your own lovely way.
When do you ship the newspaper?
The newspaper is printed and shipped every other month, with subscriber copies shipping first - around the 15th of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Extra editions are available for one-time purchase after subscriptions are packed, while supplies last.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, shipping is available to Canada - but please note that international postage is expensive, and shipping adds around $20 USD to each order.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely - it's a lovely idea! Just place the order using the recipient’s name and mailing address, and feel free to email foundandflowered@gmail.com if you’d like to include a personalized note in the first delivery.
Please note: your card will be charged every 2 months until you cancel the subscription.
Do gift cards work on subscription orders?
Not at the moment. Gift cards can be used toward one-time purchases in the shop, including the non-subscription newspaper option, but they aren’t currently compatible with subscription orders.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We want you to love what you receive from Found and Flowered.

Returns
If something arrives and it’s not what you hoped for, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, just email us at foundandflowered@gmail.com
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time - just send us an email.
If your payment has already gone through for the upcoming edition and you’d prefer to skip it, let us know as soon as possible. We’re happy to refund that payment if your newspaper hasn’t shipped yet.

Damaged or Missing Items
If something arrives damaged or your package seems to be missing, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
